eating out
« on: Jun 02 2010, 10:40 PM »
hi if you enjoy eating out but worry about whats in your meal, check out pub chain jd wetherspoon. their web site has a section on food, then go to nittygritty and choose your meal ,it instantly tells you its nutritional info including salt content.

to avoid going completely insane over my boring diet i eat out or have takeaway once a week, feels great to cheat!
