Salt free wholemeal bread recipe

This recipe works well in a breadmaker on "quick" which on my machine (cheap & cheerful Sainsbury's own make) is "4" ( 1 hr 40);

350ml warm water
2 tbsp olive oil (or whatever oil you've got in the cupboard)
500g wholemeal flour (or 400g wholemeal & 100g strong plain white flour)
1.75 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp skimmed milk powder
optional: 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds/ 2 tbsp linseeds
1 tsp yeast

Add warm water & oil to the breadmaker bucket, add half the flour, then add the sugar, milk powder & seeds, top with the rest of the flour, make a well in the top & add the yeast. Put bucket in machine, close the lid, select "quick" & your preferred "colour" (I choose medium).

NB The loaf isn't as big as the ones where you add salt/ use a longer programme & it can be a bit on the solid side, but it tastes fine to me!
