Dairy free perfect yorkshire puds!

Thought I maight share my recent perfect yorkshire puddings with you all.  After many attempts of making milk-free salt-free yorkshires and them coming out totally flat, I have had 5 attempts which have all come out perfect.
5 large eggs, room temp. (i have chickens who lay large eggs)
4oz self raising flour
1/2 pint water
1 calorie oil spray

whisk the eggs and flour to form a thick batter and gradually add the water.
rest the mixture for about 1/2 hour at room temp.
heat oven to high ( i do 210 celcius fan assisted)
heat up muffin tray in oven (with each indent sprayed 3 times with 1 calorie oil spray)
once muffin tray / oil is hot, fill each muffin indent 3/4 full.
put on top shelf in oven
put timer on for 18 minutes

You will then have the perfect tray of yourkshire puds!
