Tinnitus help
« on: Apr 24 2012, 04:51 PM »
I've recently bought an Android phone, which is driving me mad, but one positive thing I've found is an app called Lightning Bug, it produces ambient noises including white and pink noise, that can be combined and volume adjusted to suit. Ambient and white noise can often help mask tinnitus so could help you to get to sleep,if like me your tinnitus is worse at night when it is quiet, it also has a sleep function so you can set a time for it to switch itself off, so it doesn't drain battery power.
