Importance of a good VRT
« on: Mar 27 2013, 05:35 AM »
Just wanted others to know the importance of a good (great) vestibular rehabilitation therapist.

I had what I thought was a VRT IN 2005, which was a whole lot of hogwash.

The lady I visited today fully assessed me visually, sensory and balance. She took over an hour. And I have a vestibular event happening.

I now have exercises to do. I have to do them 3 times a day, and guess what there are progression exercises. When one exercise gets easier to do they give you another lot. I never had this before, and I want others to know this!!!!!
