Simple but tast recipe

This is a simple, quick and extremely tasty low-salt recipe. Ideally you'll need a steamer, something a bit like this. For what its worth, I absolutely love mine - great, tasty food that's really healthy. And lets face it, eating healthy is one of the few things that we can do!

So:

Ingredients:

* One salmon fillet per person
* Plenty of dill - fresh is better, but dried is fine too.
* Black pepper to taste

Method:

Wash and dry the salmon.
Cover the salmon with a generous quantity of dill - the more the better!
Fill your steamer with about 3/4 of a kettle of boiling water.
Place the salmon on the steamer tray and steam for about 20 minutes.
Serve with steamed spuds and broccoli (or whatever veg you fancy!) - you can cook them together if there is room in the steamer.

Apart from the natural salt in the salmon, its salt free - and very tasty too!
