I was reading my latest copy of Spin and in it the nutrionalist wrote that often excluding various food types can help with Meniere's. She listed gluten, sugar and dairy. Now I have never had an issue with gluten and dairy, but I have had issues with my blood sugar levels all my life. So I wondered if anyone had tried to exclude it and if they had any success. I also looked at the Paleo diet as that has had some success as well.
Anyway it all looks rather depressing removing all the fun stuff, but maybe if it means I can walk in a straight line then it might be worth it.
