that website was really interesting!!! i was very impressed.
 i,d like to think i could give it a try but it would be VERY hard.
i love getting all the different opinions and ideas.

This thread sort of went a bit offtrack didn't it.

Not wanting it to continue that way I will post on the main forum my thoughts.

Just wanted to say
I am getting used to not having salt on my food
tonight I made an omelette which is one of the foods
I add salt to when cooking and still sprinkled salt on when eating
but tonight I did not and I have got to admit I enjoyed it better than
any other
although I dont think having no salt at all  has made any difference to the meniere's
but I suppose it will benefit me in other ways
